3 ways to boost your mood in winter

It has been a long, cold winter, and it’s not over yet.

In this video, Sunnybrook psychiatrist Dr. Anthony Levitt offers three tips for improving your mood and energy:

Our dermatologist recommends that you wear sunscreen, even in winter.[/li] [li]Reach for fresh foods rather than comfort foods.[/li] [/list]
