My son is away at University in another province. When he came home at Christmas, he was diagnosed with mono. He’s also been struggling with anger & anxiety, which resulted in a major meltdown a few days before he went back to school. Since returning, he’s had a falling out with his roommates and is feeling lonely on top of everything else (stress of school, being sick, etc) He doesn’t want to seek counselling. I’m very worried and wondering what I can do. I check in with him daily and call more frequently to ensure he has someone to talk to, but otherwise feel helpless.
