I recently got some surgery and found it caused me to retain 15 lbs or fluid water swelling my legs enormously.. stopped it and àre returning to normal after 24 hours. It may be that some post surgery should reexamine it’s use at the hospital. Maybe I am genetically vulnerable to Tylenol?

I can manage my arthritis pain during the day OK without any drugs, but even 2 x 500 mg acetaminophen at bedtime is not enough to ease the pain that keeps me awake. Is it safe to take more than that at once if I never take it any other time of day?
