[li]Even though it’s cold, it’s important to be physically active. Exercise at home or go for a brisk walk.[/li]

[li]Expose yourself to natural light by getting outside, but don’t go sun tanning and don’t use tanning beds. Our dermatologist recommends that you wear sunscreen, even in winter.[/li]

[li]Reach for fresh foods rather than comfort foods.[/li]
