The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted everything from school, extra-curricular activities, graduations and social lives for young people. It’s been difficult to take care of yourself, but it’s important!

Dr. Carolyn Boulos, youth psychiatrist at Sunnybrook, shares the “five-legged stool” approach she uses with her patients to encourage self-care and balance during stressful times.
